Yong Tau Foo in Ampang, Malaysia

Yong Tau Foo in Ampang, Malaysia. Authentic Malaysian food? Yeah you got it… It is a tofu (beancurd) stuffed with meat, vegetables and spices. They stuff it together with okra, eggplant, bitter gourd and even on big chili pepper. Yum! One of the best tasting tofu I ever tasted – period. Exaggerating? try it for yourself. This is as authentic as it can be — Ampang’s famous Yong Tau Foo! A must-try delicacy that is not heavy on the pocket yet a delight to adventurous foodies. I will go back just because of this – the best!
