Xiaolongbao at Din Tai Fung

“Xiaolongbao is a type of steamed bun or baozi from Shanghai. It is traditionally steamed in small bamboo baskets, hence the name (xiaolong is literally small steaming basket). Xialongbao can be best tried at Din Tai Fung.
