Tacloban City International Jetski Competition

The Tacloban City International Jetski Competition was one of the major events during the Tacloban fiesta celebration. From a photographer’s standpoint, it was a good test to shoot action photos with a telephoto lens. It made me re-acquaint myself with handholding techniques in handling bigger lenses under the dead heat of the sun. My skin tone color until this day was courtesy of this event LOL! I would certainly recommend using a monopod when handling bigger lenses. Mine wasn’t the “real” right lens for the job, it was only a 200mm prime with a 1.7 teleconverter. It still lack the much-needed reach, but anyhow, I had to deal the situation with what I had at the time. The total reach I had was an effective focal length of 340mm, good enough haha.
