Sto. Niño Church on Fiesta Day

Probably the busiest and most joyful day of the year in the Sto. Niño Church is on Fiesta Day, obviously right? Thousands of the faithful celebrate mass on the feast day of Senior Santo Niño of Tacloban on the 30th of June. I really didn’t know what to do on this day, frankly I never bothered to bring out my camera on fiesta day during the past years, partly because the photographic adrenaline rush might have subsided by then after the Pintados and Sangyaw festivals on the 27th & 29th of June respectively. But this year I really tried to step up and capture the celebration of the fiesta day. Whew, I’m glad I did… There were so much “life” in the streets that I just felt I could shoot all day.
