San Antonio de Padua Church

The San Antonio de Padua Church in Sulangan, Eastern Samar is one of the famous pilgrim sites in the Philippines. It is located at the easternmost part of Samar, more than 3 hours by land from Tacloban City. The patron saint is said to have performed many miracles to those faithful who asked for his intercession. It is currently undergoing a renovation and expansion to accommodate more churchgoers. It’s a good experience that I always long to go back to hear mass and say a little prayer.

  • Joie Canales - Hi, I’d like to ask if you know the mass schedule on this church? 🙂ReplyCancel

  • xdayv - Joie hi, I only know one schedule, it is on 9AM every Sunday. We jump off from Tacloban at around 5AM, just in time for the mass. Let me know how can I be of more help.ReplyCancel
