December 6, 2014, Tacloban City: Hours before Typhoon Hagupit (Ruby)… As I type this, we are experiencing torrential rainfall and winds and it’s getting stronger by the hour. Expected landfall in Northern Samar by around 8:00PM. Stay safe, and God be with us…
